Lois is responsible for the day-to-day operations of RoseRock Healthcare. She has nearly 30 years of hospice executive experience focusing on improving the quality of patient care. Lois is also a founder of the National Alliance for Hospice Access (NAHA), a national coalition of over 500 hospices focused on improving access to hospice care.

R. Michael Eimen, DO; Executive Medical Director
Dr. Eimen is board certified in both Family Medicine and Hospice & Palliative Medicine. He is a Professor of Rural Medicine and Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at Oklahoma State University’s College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Weston Graff, NHA, MS, HCA; Executive Vice President
Weston is responsible for building strong relationships between RoseRock Healthcare and the Oklahoma healthcare community. He is a seasoned problem-solver, focusing his energy on breaking down the barriers that prevent eligible patients from receiving the hospice care they deserve. Weston is also a licensed nursing home administrator.

Tiffany Gordon, RN, CHPN; Vice President, Clinical Services
Tiffany is responsible for leading the RoseRock clinicians who provide hospice care to our patients. Tiffany has substantial experience in end-of-life care and has personally served in each role that she supervises including hospice aide, LPN, RN and Triage nurse. No one knows more about how each of these professionals fits into providing an exceptional day of hospice care.

Trishia Creamer, LCSW; Director of Support Services
Trishia leads the RoseRock social workers, chaplains and bereavement professionals with a focus on ensuring that patient autonomy and patient choice are honored by the hospice interdisciplinary team. Under Trishia’s leadership, the RoseRock Support Services Team assists patients and families with their spiritual and psychosocial needs in order to maximize independence and quality of life.

Karen M. Barton, RN; Director of Education and Compliance
Karen has responsibility for RoseRock’s “on boarding” process for new team members along with on-going education for all RoseRock staff. Karen also ensures RoseRock’s regulatory compliance and quality improvement. She has over 35 years of experience in a variety of healthcare settings with a focus on improving patient care delivery.

Debbie Swan Hensley; Vice President, Human Resources
Debbie is responsible for employee recruitment, HR administration and employee retention. She has 20 years of experience in human resources management and is a member of the Tulsa Area Human Resources Association and the Society of Human Resources Management.

Debra Hawkins; Director of Patient Information
Debbie is responsible for maintaining the integrity of RoseRock’s patient information and medical records. She has personally trained the RoseRock intake team and other members of the office staff who are charged with providing exceptional customer service to referrers, to patients and their families. Debbie has nearly 20 years of experience working in similar positions in hospice and home health care.
