RoseRock Healthcare Reviews
Each day the RoseRock hospice team cares for terminally ill patients who live in Tulsa and surrounding northeast Oklahoma communities. Following each of these private episodes, we send a survey to the family members to ask how the RoseRock team did. We receive so many beautiful and touching messages.
One husband wrote of a nurse who came one weekend evening, “Not only did she handle the crisis of the moment, but when she got that under control, she gave my wife a bath!” Another family member told us, “Something that stands out is the professional training your staff have and the special smile or word that made the days more tolerable.” Another daughter responded, “In a really horrible time of my family’s life, you guys were wonderful!”
RoseRock is Proud to Provide Comfort and Technical Excellence
RoseRock is proud that so many families have found comfort not just in our kind words, but also in our hospice team’s technical excellence. Hospice today is demanding and RoseRock works hard to keep up with emerging knowledge about better palliative care. Our executive medical director and some associates are certified in hospice and palliative medicine by the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine. Our administrator and many of our nurses are certified in hospice and palliative care and members of the Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association. We are seriously committed to providing superior service.
The RoseRock team is humbled by the messages we receive and so grateful to be invited into the homes of our patients during a deeply personal and meaningful time.
The two messages RoseRock hears the most? “We don’t know how we could have done this without you,” and “if only we had known about RoseRock hospice care sooner.”
And if someone is desperately ill, a family member or a friend, we hope you will call us. Our admissions team is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year, to answer your questions and to help support you throughout your difficult journey.
